DYNAMIC PERSONAL TUITION

Jay is a sought-after Advanced STOTT Pilates instructor offering group and private lessons. He has spent the last few years teaching in studios across London, such as Shoreditch House, BLOK (Shoreditch) and Down To Earth (Islington), to name a few. He is now based near Tunbridge Wells, Kent and teaches both privately at his home studio and across studios, residences and businesses throughout the Kent and East Sussex area.

STOTT is an anatomically-based, contemporary approach to Pilates in accordance with modern biomechanics, which still maintains the important principles of Joseph Pilates’ original system.

Pilates was designed to develop strong, flexible muscles without adding bulk. It creates unparalleled core strength whilst dramatically improving postural alignment. Catering to men and women of all ages and body-types, STOTT is widely regarded as the most advanced form of Pilates available today.
